TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Commercial society ”WINE TRIP” SRL, INDO 1018600040154, with head office in 63, Vlaicu Pircalab str., SKY TOWER Business Center, mun. Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, determines the general terms and conditions for using and purchasing the available touristic services.

These terms and conditions which can be amended from time to time are directly or indirectly applied (through distributors) to all our services which are on-line available, by e-mail or telephone. Accessing, looking for and using our web-site/our soft and/or by booking/payment you confirm that you agree, that you have read, understood and agreed all the terms and conditions specified below, without any restrictions, in case of disapproval of the described points you can not to use the provided services.

These pages, their content and infrastructure and on-line booking service provided on these pages and by these pages („service”) represent the property, operated and provided by www.winetrip.md („Winetrip”, „noi”, „nostru” ori „noastre”) and are provided only for your usage, non-commercial under the terms and conditions specified below.

Copyright 

All content posted or displayed on the site belongs to “Wine Trip” SRL. You may not change any materials, nor may you copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer or sell any information or work contained on the site. Except as required by copyright laws, you are responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on the site. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the use of any such materials on any other website or in a networked computer environment is prohibited. You will not remove any copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary notices from the materials found on the site.

Responsibility 

You use the site at your own risk. In cases where the conditions and warranties arising from the applicable law cannot be excluded, Wine Trip limits its liability in cases where it is entitled. Otherwise, neither Wine Trip, nor its affiliates, officials or directors, nor any of its agents or any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of the site, are responsible for any direct, indirect, special, indirect or other damage that results from the use or inability to use materials on the site, including damage caused by viruses or any incorrect or incomplete information on the site, or product performance.

Price, invoice and payment 

You agree to pay us the amounts indicated on our Site, including any required deposit. The amounts can be specified in different currencies; if you pay with a bank card, different fees of your bank and / or different exchange rates may apply. All amounts include VAT (where applicable). You will need to pay by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other payment methods indicated on the Site when making a purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices indicated on the Site will correspond to the current price. 

Your order will be confirmed as soon as we send you an invoice to the email address you provided when booking with us.

Payment must be made within the time specified in the invoice. In the absence of a fee before the expiration of the specified period, your reservation may be canceled without prior notice.

For payments made with the Card, the client is redirected to the authorized and secured bank Victoriabank.

By approving the payment, the customer acknowledges that he has received sufficient, complete, relevant information and agrees with the total price. 

The security of data transmission is ensured by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 3.0 security protocol. The data exchange is done through closed-ended networks that have the highest degree of protection and passed the PCI DSS audit. The collection, processing and storage of customer confidential data (card data, registration data, other data) is performed through data processing centers that hold the PCI DSS certificate.

The price of any service implies special conditions, rules and restrictions applicable to that service. The Customer / User has the obligation to get informed about these rules before purchasing the product. After the purchase of the service it is considered that the Customer / User has become aware of all these rules, he can no longer claim that he has not been informed.

If you need any changes to your order, you must send us a request in writing. Price and Services are subject to change only at our discretion and by written agreement between us.

 

Tour cancelation and refund

If you decide to cancel a booked tour, Wine Trip reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover costs and losses. The following fees apply:

Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour - 100% of the cost of the tour

Notification from 48 hours to 4 days - 50% of the cost of the tour

Notification from 5 to 20 days - 10% of the cost of the tour

20 days + notification - full refund

The winery can change, postpone or cancel any tour in accordance with their operational requirements. If the winery changes, defers or cancels your tour, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If the winery has changed or postponed the tour, and the tour no longer suits you, we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative. If the alternative tour is not suitable, we will give you a full refund.

Amounts transferred to the Customer for services that have been canceled will be returned by Wine Trip within 10 days of the registered cancellation confirmation. If the reservation is canceled by the Client, taking into account the penalty conditions - all bank charges incurred by Wine Trip for the return of the funds will be borne by the Client. 

The amounts paid by the bank card are also refunded on the card.

The refund request must be sent to office@winetrip.md.

 

Changes in booking

Changes to the booking can be made free of charge and provided they are within a reasonable time limit so that your order can be replaced. Changes cannot be made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour.

The request for modification must be sent to office@winetrip.md.

 

Late for your tour

Tours always start at a fixed time. If you are late for your reservation, the winery reserves the right to cancel your visit or the duration of your tour may be limited. In case of cancellation due to your late arrival, a fee of 100% of the tour cost is applied. 

Age policy

Each winery has its own pricing policy for children to visit. Usually children under 7 have free access. The number of children under 7 years old must not exceed the number of adults in your order.

Under no circumstances will alcohol be served to anyone under the age of 18.

Behavior 

The winery reserves the right to refuse to conduct a tour to a person whose behavior adversely affects the perception of other visitors. Any verbal or physical threats to the guide, visitors or staff of the winery will lead to removal from the tour. If you need to leave the tour due to behavioral problems, no refund will be made.

 

Excessive wine consumption 

Winery personnel love wine as much as you do, and, of course, do not want you to come home sober - however, we care about your safety, and there is a difference between having a good day full of wine tasting / evaluation and taking too much large amounts of alcohol, If someone from the winery employees thinks that you are very drunk, you may be deprived of the opportunity to taste the wines. Compensation or reimbursement will not be provided if you are denied alcohol because you are too drunk.

 

Confidential information

We, including our employees and contractors, agree not to disclose your Confidential Information to any third party (except, if necessary, Third Party Providers), except as provided in our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site; use all reasonable efforts to protect Confidential Information from any unauthorized disclosure; use Confidential Information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed by you, to provide you with better services, and not for any other purposes. 

These obligations do not apply to Confidential Information, which:

•    is freely available and / or is no longer confidential, except in cases of violation of these Terms;

•    received from a third party, except in cases where there has been a breach of trust; or

•    must be disclosed by law or regulatory authority, including a subpoena.

This clause remains in force after termination of these Terms.
